The circular "Made in London" with "England" underneath makes me think Comoy's.

We had a forum pipe 4 years in a row over on the old Stoker's Haven board. They were all by different carvers and one year they were meerschaum and the carver offered 2 different shapes in either smooth or lattice. I got a lattice poker. One year Mike Rutt of Mars Cigars made the arrangements for us with an English made pipe, one year they were all made by Kirk Bosi and the last year they were a Canadian by Moretti.

Found this post @ stokers, Hope it helps, John.

Stokers Haven 2002 pipe of the year, a two-pipe set plus stand.
They're modern Sasieni, one is a straight square panel and the other
is a kind of curved prince. They both have stamped on the bottom,
"Made In London England" and "Stokers Haven 2002 Inaugural Year". The
prince has the "#3" and the square panel "#16" as well. They come
with a small wooden stand for displaying them (we sold them as a set
that year with the stand). $80 for the set.
