Telegraph Hill and LNF

I was gifted a single bowl of PL Pease to try. Thoroughly enjoyed Telegraph Hill and was thinking about paying the premium and getting a pound or so of this, but then as i was reflecting on it was wondering if it is so/too similiar to LNF to justify the premium.

What are your thoughts on this?

TH is more perique forward that LNF.  To my taster, LNF smokes much more like a straight VA with hints of the perique component here and there. TH definitely has more of that piquant Vaper punch.

Of course nothing would be more telling for you than smoking these two mixtures side by side.

D&B's description is dead on. I also find that the VA bases make a difference, too - to me, LNF is more of a mellow, airy, grassy/hay sort of thing (not as much as OGS, of course), while TH's base has more of a tangy sourness (in a good way) about it.

I enjoy them both quite a bit (TH being among my very favorites), but I see them as being quite different...to me, the seem to represent two very different takes on the whole VaPer genre.
