This is the final wind cap, the 1921 Barling and this hallmarked 1904, who I haven't been able to pin down the maker as yet, the initials are P. M.

I call this set The Godfather set because my late uncle, and godfather, was born in 1904 and came to the US in 1921, I like it when I can date things to family birth years. Keeping it smokey with Esoterica Tilbury.

Beautiful pipe, the silver work makes the pipe stand out, a real looker.
Yup, The Godfather of pipes looks like he's enjoying the smoke. :bounce:

KEEP ON PUFFING!!!

I love to see those OLD pipes smoked. This isn't a common thing at all, but I can't see myself smoking them. I'm not one to look at a pipe and get an image of myself smoking it, but with the old ones, it can happen. I don't have a style, but then I guess I do. I can't see myself smoking those old suckers.

It is a Meerschaum pipe heavily adorned with silver and some of the silver work is heavily engraved, it also sports the original Amber Stem that had been repaired so I am cautious with it and don't remove the stem.
