From Pipemaker Brian Ruthenberg comes the pipe he calls the mouse with a Cumberland stem. Keeping it smokey with some newly received Reiner No. 71 or Long Golden Flake.

There's nothing mousy about that pipe. Fantastic ring grain looks great.

I liked the way he saddled a stem. Not every stem has it, but I sort of consider it his signature move.

I very much like the thickness of the stem being approximately 4mm and the button nearly perfect, the only other pipes I own that are this comfortable are by Brian, Jack Howell, Michael Butera and Sixten Ivarsson. This is not to say my other pipes are uncomfortable because they aren't it's just that the ones I mention are perfection for me, regards
