That is just friking Stupid!!! Here in RSA we have had a similar law passed last year. Here a tobacconist may no longer trade tobacco on the internet or advertise his product. All tobacco will be removed from sight but pipes and accessories may still be on display. It is so bad that a tobacconist may no longer post tobacco to a customer elsewhere nor may we order baccy on the net and have it shipped. It is stopped at customs and confiscated!
At markets however, crack pipes and bongs are sold by the hundreds to kids by illegal Nigerians who have zoned into our country to fry our youth. The *******s have destroyed their own country now they are wrecking ours! There is just no control on the streets!
