Relaxing after a wonderful salad, wild caught catfish and snow peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm passing the first third of this bowl of Erik Stokkebye 4th Generation Evening Flake in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson Ebony POTY 4AB No. 422/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Going to brew some coffee soon.

Had a nice dinner at a nearby restaurant and bar. Almost through a bowl of Hobbits Weed in a Pete Kinsdale Rhodesian. Nice glass of cabernay on the side. Just noticed the pigeons don't coo after dark. Bali, found out our friend is also raising some chickens for fresh eggs. My last pipe for today. Good night all.

How are you finding the Beast? I was looking at last night when doing some online window shopping and almost pulled the trigger on some. I think I still might.

Enjoyed a tasty golden delicious apple, and have a third of a bowl left of C&D Yorktown in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Terracotta 4AB No.108/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. I finished the Archie story, and am deciding whether or not to go back to the job I had to put aside for it, or take the rest of the night off. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

I am currently smoking my third or fourth bowl of it in a Ron Smith Rhodesian as I speak and the perique is definitely the lead actor. It is a high quality blend, no stems or unsightly pieces in the mix. It is strong in nicotine and very satisfying, if not overwhelming, depending on your tolerance. The flavor is smooth and enjoyable and it burns well right out of the tin. It was nice to try for a change, but I won't be buying any because I tend to like burley-based blends more than this blend.

C&D Carolina Red Flake in a Peterson 302 rusticated system pipe beside my new old stock Rogers air-tite tobacco pouch in brown leather. I'd wanted a pouch and this one is said to be from the 50s-60s, has the rubberish lining in excellent shape, and the zipper wraps around the end to keep the top locked closed. It also seems to allow space for possibly a small pipe a tamper and lighter. If anyone remembers these and the time frame, I'd appreciate learning more.

Shoot. If I didn't have other expenses right now I would have probably picked up one of those pipes. They are indeed reasonably priced

Good morning,
Smoking a Savinelli 616 ks with Russ`s pirates cove and a Hortons k-cup. Chilly morning here,36 degrees, but a bit more sun than yesterday. I have a lot of prep work in the kitchen today for tomorrows Easter dinner. I asked my daughter to come over to help me,because I have no energy or enthusiasm.

Good Morning!
I woke up in the middle of the night and started an Apple Diplomat filled with GLP Westminster, luckily I got back to sleep! I finished that pipe while doing chores and now it's time for a hot cup of coffee and GLP Abingdon in a different Diplomat. It's a chilly 28° but sunny and possibly reaching 50° today.

Great pouch! I still have my two Rogers pouches I got in the 1970's and use them regularly; they're the simpler model that just zip open at the top. Here's an ad that sold on ebay that purports to be from 1947 and I can attest that they offered them at least into the 70's.
