Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am smoking C&D Warped Saint Espresso 2023 in a 1975 medium bend sandblasted looking, smooth on the sides yellow Pioneer meer with a black ferrule and vulcanite stem in the military mount style. First meer that I bought. Gold Star Nightwish, neat, is my drink.

Good morning gentlemen. Trying the 5 Brothers again in a Pete Pub with morning coffee. Honestly Haebar don't know what you see in this, lol. I get a real kick out of reading the reviews. They range from best I ever smoked to how can they even sell this s**t, lol. I am somewhere in the middle. Agree with Jiminks. It's very one dimensional, smokes too fast, and can get hot if not puffed slowly. I don't get the toasty nutty flavor he talks about. May try mixing it with the CS Burley to give it some more taste. Anyway nice morning here. Not too warm and no wind so far. Should be a nice day.
Well, Five Brothers is definitely not for everyone, I agree. It is one-dimensional for sure, and I get tired of it when I smoke it repeatedly. As far as smoking too fast, that's an artifact of how dry it is and the way it is cut - a shag or somewhere thereabouts. It's like burning a fire with twigs; they burn up fast because there's so much surface area exposed. I'm on my last pouch of it now and don't know if I will order more in the near future; getting kind of tired of it. Another thing that I don't like about Five Brothers is all the woody pieces of leaf midrib that you have to pick out of it. I have many other blends to choose from, like Carter Hall and all the tobaccos that you @Ranger107 , @Swede, and @WarneOut have sent me recently. Thanks guys!

Half way through this slow burning bowl of Sam Gawith Brown Sugar Flake in a smooth brown medium bend early 1900s C.P.F. The Chesterfield (Peterson copy) French briar military mount billiard with a nickel cap and black vulcanite AB p-lip stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, blue catfish and sugar snap peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I've about a third of a bowl left of 1960s Philip Morris Revelation in a mid-1970s smooth brown medium bend Ed Burak Connoisseur bulldog with an acrylic black saddle stem.

Finished by first pipe and loaded up some GH Balkan Mixture in a Pride to take on errands.

He's adorable, have fun!
Yes he is. He is our "trick" horse. Bows, waves, shakes hands, and turns around on his pedestal. The old folks always get a kick out of him and I love handling him and making them smile.

Had my last bowl of Bengal Slices earlier in a Stanwell Brushed slight bent billiard. Now it's Drucquer Levant in a Randy Wiley freehand bent dublin. Both with Earl Gray tea. Had a great time with the minis. Wife didn't feel like cooking so went to the Legion for patty melts and potato salad. All is quiet on the western front, lol. Good evening guys.

Now smoking year 2016 Peter Stokkebye Luxury Navy Flake in a straight smooth brown post-1964 Parker Super Bruyere 88/F group 3 bulldog with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink.
