Almost a third of the way through this bowl of year 2014 Astley’s No. 55 in a straight smooth dark brown year 1933 Parker Super Bruyere patent 10 T 81/F lovat with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Community Coffee, neat, is my drink. Watching the Braves-D-Backs game.

Good evening BoBs. Finally cooled down to a reasonable 82, so having the last of the Drucquer Levant Slices in a Bjarne blasted bent billiard. Ice water with some of Jim's bergs on the side. Dog sitting for my ranger buddy so 4 dogs in the house for the next 5 days. No problem as their dog Angel is just that, a little angel. Wouldn't worry about the dogs EZ. The sooner they get acquainted the sooner they will bond. Good night gentlemen.

Passing the half way mark of this bowl of Watch City Queequeg’s Moby **** Series in a medium bend black sandblasted IPSD 2016 Mark Tinsky book keeper 5 with a square shank and a black acrylic saddle stem with a cream colored accent. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Reading baseball box scores.

Half way through this bowl of Watch City American Cut Plug Mixture in a smooth medium bend terracotta Peterson POY 2023 X160 464/1100 military mount egg with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. I may end the day with this smoke. After I wrote my last post about Abner the Eager, all the other ferals showed up. Daisy the Feral Princess ate inside and is still in the house. Abner the Eager tried to hide under the kitchen table, but I got him out. He was very upset with me for putting him out, but I had to do that. Then, Abner saw Harry the Hairy, who started going towards him, so I picked Abner up, and took him to the driveway. He scooted down it rather quickly. Tomato the Brave, Harry, and Sam the Scamp wanted to eat, but a possum scared them away. I chased it off twice, but nobody came back to eat, and I picked up the food so the possum wouldn't come back. I tried to pick up Tomato to bring him in to eat, but he was so spooked that he ran away from me. That's usually not his style, but there was nothing I could do about it. Before I go to bed, I'll try again.

Last smoke of the day is year 2020 Angler's Dream in a 2018 natural smooth medium bend Peterson 03 apple silver spigot military mount with a tapered black acrylic fish tail stem. Sam and Harry returned, and I brought Sam in to eat in peace. As soon as she finishes, I'll do the same for Harry. Tomato the Brave won't come back until way after I go to bed, but I'll take care of him when I wake up. @Singed , here's the update. I don't like possums either.

Good Morning! I slept in this morning and it was cool enough to not immediately start sweating after a shower! It's overcast and the humidity is high, heading for the mid 90's this afternoon. I'm starting the day in my usual way with GLP Westminster in an MM Apple Diplomat along with a cup of coffee.

Good morning,
Smoking a Pete Strand , capt black royal, mug of Peet`s dark roast. It rained all night, luckily I slept thru it,But still woke up with back pain. It`s not going to be a fun day.
You have been dealing with back pain for some time now I notice. I pray you get some relief for that.
This morning I'm trying some Amphora Original in my beater cob. I usually like burleys sweeter than this but this is still pretty good. This might be one of those blends that expands the scope of what I enjoy. Drinking green tea and listening to a video about BB 62 New Jersey. Hopefully the weather cools down so my sister in-law and I can go hike. Smoking atop a butte seems as though it might be more enjoyable.

Good morning everyone. About half way through a bowl of Tumbleweed in the Calabresi bent brandy. Couldn't post till now as my buddy's dog Angel insisted on sitting in my lap. Another hot muggy day here. Thankfully will be indoors most of the day. Have a great day my friends. EZ, hope your back pain subsides soon.

Starting off my smoking day with a bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Ice water and bergs is my drink.

I think I may have found a simpler solution to shank pockets on cobs than pipe mud. I recently bought Altinay meerschaum filters, they're shaped like little flying saucers. I fitted one to my Cobbler when I got in from work today. If it works well it may be my modification for new cobs at work, trim the shank inside the bowl and drop in a meer filter. Think I'll try it with some Va Slices. I'll update this post with results. San Pellegrino limonata with Bombay Citron on the side.

Works well!
