Totally scrumptious <img class="smilie smilie--emoji" loading="lazy" alt="😋" title="😋" src="https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/joypixels/assets/8.0/png/unicode/64/1f60b.png" />.</p><p>The triangles are called Hash Browns.</p><p>Made from grated potato, grated onion, and combined with flower, then shallow fried.
