So I got my BNB order today and had a Corleone pipe included. It is a nice looking pipe, but the stem came unglued from the tenon right out of the box. I guess I cant expect much from a cheap pipe but I cant even smoke it.

Well that is life. Guess I will contact BNB on Monday. On a positive note, I got a tin of sunset harbor from 2011 and several other tins from 2012, and a lot of tins from 2014.

I'll hit them on the groupon deals but I just don't like them otherwise.. Not that they are bad guys, it's just that they are cigar guys selling pipe stuff on the side. Nothing wrong with that just I prefer dealing with pipe guys for pipes.

If it was not for the groupon deal I would not have either.

I hope they fix that pipe problem. I snagged a new Sav (first new one I ever owned) in the second groupon. So far I'm really impressed, they are different than the estates I have owned. The only thing I don't like is the cheapesh decorations on the shank, just not my thing.. If you bling a pipe do it with gold or silver otherwise leave it be.
 
I'm with PB. If it weren't for the groupon deal I wouldn't deal with them, but I'll take advantage of that deal each and every time it gets posted.

More than half my first order was cancelled as being out of stock. On my second order I was given the option of replacing several of the tins that were temporarily out of stock, or waiting for the entire order. They refused to ship a partial order, or refund any portion of the order. When the second order arrived three out of the ten tins were dented to the point of having their seals compromised. The rep was able to replace one of them, the other two had to be substituted because the original blend was out of stock.

If I were paying retail prices, I would be outraged. As it is, its a nuisance, but still a fantastic deal.
