    Pipe rack question

I would be curious why it's stupid or is this just his opinion and anyone that doesn't follow his eminent wisdom is a fool. I would also be curious what makes him the guru of all things pipe. Then I'm no one to ask, my pipes get stored wherever I happen to set them down, usually horizontal...

    What's your oldest pipe

1930's Comoy meerschaum lined special straight grain. I'm hard on pipes, but this little gem only gets smoked maybe a dozen times a year, on sunny days, on the front porch, with coffee, and nothing else to do. Then it gets wiped down and cleaned and put away. Unlike my other pipes that get...

    Falcon pipes

I have two, one made in the US and one in England. Great smokers, but fussy little things. Don't use the ring so constantly cleaning the humidor. I'm more of a knock the ash out, stuff it, smoke it, no cleaning, no days of rest after a smoke, or other ...ah ...S..tuff.;)

Ok, survey: How many bowls do you smoke in a day?

6-10 sometimes more. less than when I was working. Small pipes, quick and hard. Oh I inhale. Pipe is my preferred nicotine delivery system, not something to occupy my hands while I contemplate weighty thoughts. Then when and where I grew up all the pipe smokers were hard working farmers...

Thank I was wondering if you would take offence. I'm just too stupid to shut up.

Any Carter Hall lovers or haters?

Carter Hall is my tobacco. Prefer SWR but that's hard to find and I dislike switching back and forth. Hanf & Half is like smoking sweepings off the cow barn floor. To me Prince Albert is more of a RYO tobacco, maybe because that's what dad and my closest uncle use d to do. No nice or...

    Peterson question

Only one Peterson, and never had trouble using a standard pipe cleaner. Even less now that I put the stem on a belt sander and did away with the P-lip.

    "Revised" my pipe rack

Nothing worse than having an old group photo with no names. Now you need to tell who's who.;) Great job!
