After a delicious dinner of fish curry and nachos I'm going to have a bowl of 2024 Big Mix in my MM cob and then go outside and shower. Cold out, but hot water is hot water and I need to clean up.
I have a close friend that's in hospice and is a crazy football fan. He's in the final stretch and I'm going to pick him up and we're going to meet Bobby Wagner tomorrow. I'm even going to sort of shave.
He is so excited and it makes me happy to be able to to do this for him. He's a huge Seahawk fan and fan of Bobby's .
I'm training Bobby's dog and he was gracious enough to offer to meet Tom during the off week. Giving up time with his family during the season. He's a true gentleman.
Making Tom happy for 15 minutes is the best gift I can get myself for Christmas.

Wrapped up with some more Byzantium in my Horn meer, scotch to light it up.

A quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2016 Wessex Gold Brick in an undated straight black sandblasted Kevin Arthur brandy with a multi-colored accent on the white acrylic saddle stem. This pipe was originally owned by Sante “FishnBanjo” Guiliani. Tomato the Brave has spent about 80% of his indoor time by my side today.

I'm having Velvet in the Cobbler with my coffee this morning. Going out to the course later to shoot the schit and check the snow base. Might be pointless, we have a forecast for several days above freezing starting Saturday. It may ruin whatever base we have. Mother Nature is not a team player. 🙄

Good morning, fellow BOB. I haven't been on in a while, as I usually smoke my pipes in the winter, cigars in the summer and fall. Winter is definately here now! Rummaging thru my humidor last night came across a tin of Dunbar by Esoterica that I laid down in 2004. Filled my Dunhill #128 vintage 1922 and WOW. I like VaPers, but this was outstanding - best I have ever had. Looked online to buy some more tins, no luck. Open to suggestions.Dunbar w Dunhill 128.jpg

@William Ziegler I bought some last year, and had read @JimInks review to learn that it has changed in the Virginia part at least. That's the first I smoked it, and I wasn't very impressed...still it was ok. Good to see you back!

Yes, I read Jim's review. No doubt, given its age, my tin was the older version. I thought I'd compare it to the new, but looks to be hard to get. Thanks on being back.

Welcome back!! Wondered where you had disappeared!! Most "Esoterica's" are limited in availability; those available on "PipeStuds" site can be bloody expensive!! FTRPLT

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am close to finishing this bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem. Had a great chat with Wilke owner John Brandt . Lavazza Classico, neat, is my drink.
