Gulls are, for the most part, carnivores...although they will feed on almost anything opportunity provides. The bird seed would not interest them much, they might have more interest in snapping up some of the seed eating species that frequent your feeders.

My morning pipe is CH in the Re-Gent. Big mug of coffee this morning, it's damned cold in the house. If my furnace doesn't step up I'll be calling for service, something wrong with the ignition sequence, happens more frequently in very cold weather so it could be condensation from the service point.

Half way through this bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Fed all the ferals with no troubles. I fed Harry the Hairy outside. It's very cold today (22 degrees F.), but the streets are finally clear of ice although we have a chance of snow later today. I am deciding on whether or not to do a set of walks since the weather has prevented me from doing that.

Now smoking year 2000 VaPer Three Nuns in a 1938 straight black grain relief Dunhill OX Shell bulldog with a silver band repair with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Decided not to walk since the wind chill makes it below 20 degrees F. And I have lots to do today.

Smoking a Bari Wiking bent Rhodesian with Capt black copper blend,Bottle of Gatorade. Interesting morning, my plan was to read a new book after I fed our dogs and the feral cats. After feeding the dogs I went outside to feed the cats and came inside to find that our Newfy had vomited her food all over the carpeting in the living room -quite a surprise! After the initial clean-up, I had to shampoo the entire carpet!
Now my back is giving me problems...

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am smoking year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a 1999 smooth brown medium bend Peterson Sherlock Holmes Series Baskerville with a sterling silver band and black vulcanite p-lip stem. Giving the 4AB Natural a day of rest. Gold Star Nightwish, neat, is my drink. Watching Bat Masterson.

Smoking a Bari Wiking freehand with MB 7 seas regular blend,Bottle of Pellegrino mineral water. I had to lay down and rest for a bit, because the pain meds hit me hard - I wanted to get more done today, but it seems like the heavy duty carpet machine kicked my ass!
I was able to catch a sale on PS Nougat online,my Sutliff & MB jars are getting light. I need to find alternative blends to replace them with...
It`s up to 18 degrees here, but it looks and feels like something is coming !

Almost half way through his bowl of year 2013 Rotary Navy Cut in a post-1938 Pre-Republic Peterson Dublin straight smooth X155 bulldog with a sterling silver band and a tapered black vulcanite p-lip stem. Nigel Bruce smoked this model in two Sherlock Holmes movies. Please consider asking Shane Ireland at Smoking Pipes and Peterson to bring the pipe back into production.

I've asked myself the same question from time to time, and I guess I don't have one favorite pipe shape. I like a lot of shapes for a lot of reasons, often dictated by how I feel at the time I am smoking, and what tobacco I decide to smoke. I've also gone through a number of phases over the years. For quite a while, I was heavily into Danish pipes. For many years, the Hungarian shape was a fav.

As it is currently, the Canadian, Lumberman and Liverpool shapes are among my favs. So are bulldogs, Rhodesians, pots, authors, and the "Bing Crosby" shapes. I have great fondness for the apple shape because I like the look and the way it feels in my hand.
Thank you for taking the time out of your day to answer my question Jim. I forgot to add the apple shape. The bent apple is a very nice comfortable shape, like the 626 shape.
