I picked this monster off a neighbors tree yesterday. Thought I hit the jackpot until I cut it open. What a disappointment. His other tree has delicious thin rind ruby’s but most are very small.

My budget is going to have me eating leftovers off of room service trays in the hall but we’ll have a good time!

I’ve never missed the Chicago Show. I’ll be flying in Thursday morning and leaving Monday night. I’m excited, I have a magnificent pipe waiting to be picked up Sunday after being displayed. The new location looks great.

I have the tobacco I keep in a decorative humidor in a plastic bag. I wouldn’t mess with the stone. From experience nothing good would come of it. A small Bovida if necessary.

We live part of the year in a light restricted town in SoAZ. The night sky here is beautiful. We love sitting in the hot tub at night watching the stars, satellites and occasionally the ISS fly over us.

Our old package unit in SoAZ failed in the summer a couple of years ago. You wouldn’t believe the difference in quotes we got. I ended up paying under half of the highest quote for the same specs/warranty.

If they can't help check out Rollagas Collectors Group on Facebook. There are guys who will fix it for a fraction of what ARS charges. There are angled pipe flame parts available again.

Barclay-Rex in the financial district has some pipes, tobacco and a free lounge. Dunhill doesn’t have anything except a couple of lighters. Davidoff has a few pipes and tobacco’s but the lounge went private a while back. We alway went to the NY Pipe Show and a few days doing the broadway/...

I was active on Smokers Fourm when a group of the guys launched IPSD. I pooh poohed it but I’ve got to say it has really taken off and become day to rally around our hobby.
