Don't complain too much Ozzie - if that was in the UK then the Royal Mail would probably add a standard charge of $5 or more to collect the amount owing! They certainly do that on customs charges - I was charged £0.75 in customs on an item and the Royal Mail charged £8 to collect it :twisted...
