Why would Mike Brissett zap him? Please, please, please don't pm him. He'll find his way over eventually in some incarnation or another.

    Hello

Hey Lewtang, good to see you. When I saw the Hamm's bear a jingle went off in my head: Hamms, from the land of sky blue water. Is that right? Welcome again, showme

    Just an ignorant question

You might consider a meerschaum pipe if you haven't already. These run the gamut in size (down to the uber-small for specialty "tobaccos") and shapes. The better ones also come with a hard case which would be handy if you were going to keep it at work, say in a desk or something. showme

    Churchwardens

It may look gimmicky when you wear your Gandalf robe or a gold ring on a necklace, but other than that I think you're fine. While we're on the topic, has anyone seen a corn cob churchwarden?

    Churchwardens

Churchwardens a wonderful smoking instruments. I would smoke churchwardens exclusively if it were practical. I've got two and both are "convertibles." One was made by Mike Brissett and the other by Johan Slabbert. (Anyone know how he is doing these days?) Huggie, to me, these are for long...

Of course I've met gatewheel. I just wasn't sure I had greeted him since I came over here. Oh, if CP was involved that explains a lot. :suspect:

    What are you smoking?

I just finished a bowl of Squadron Leader while sitting in stopped traffic on the interstate ten miles from my home at 9pm. Smoked it in my Bosi. This particular tin of Squadron Leader had a sticker on it that says something about TJ's Cellar. That made it extra good. :alien: showme

Where in the world is PB?

PB, you just drive and don't worry about posting. Plenty of time to sit, smoke, read, and reply when you get home safely. showme

    so that's where you went

Please don't confuse the handle "Yarnie" with any other variation except one: "Yarnspinner." "Yarnie is short for Yarnspinner." YarnSPOOLER is a knock-off; an imitation; an imposter. Yarnie is a gentleman with a stellar reputation. YarnSPOOLER et al is another matter entirely. And Hi to...

What type of razor do you use?

Straight, safety, electric? I began with an old Gillette twist handle. From there I moved to disposables, to electric, and for the past four years or so I've used straight razors. Lately, though, I've fallen back on the good old Mach III. For some reason I just get the best shaves with that...

    Howdy from Oklahoma

Thanks Muleskinner (and Mrs.). The mule is certainly worthy; I don't know about if I'm worthy of it, though. I'll see if I can't find a good pic. If you notice anything wrong with the avatar, please let me know. Thanks!
