I'm surprised there aren't more recommendations of Prince Albert. Carter Hall is good for a flavored burley. I like Classic Burley Kake another flavored blend. you have your OTC's..Granger, etc.

I had an open tin of Cross-Eyed Cricket that developed a green mold. Called C&D & Patty answered the phone & shipped me a new tin in 2 days. Funn

Chuck..ya gotta get yourself a MM Freehand,great smoker. Only drawback I've found is the shank may split. I had mine silver banded after re-glueing several times. Also if you get a new cob you can really enjoy that Walnut. I smoke it myself!!

Prince Albert in a Rustic Holmes Original w/a Twain Stem

I have a brown one & a gray one that I love wearing. Just built up enough nerve to smoke a bent stem while wearing them.

Am watching it now for the umpteenth time. Taped it on VHS. Love the new adapttion of Holmes. If one reads the books it's very close action wise. particularly love the Baritsu scenes and the satiric interplay between Holmes & Watson. Can't wait for the new one to add to my collection.

I like all of them being a Sherlockian. Peter Cushing played an admirable Holmes. Thought I wouldn't like the new PBS Holmes because of the nicotene patches, but I enjoy it emensely. I love the new version with Downey and am looking foward to the new one coming out next year. Funn

I've been enjoying this blend for about a year. I use Walgreen's Blending Burley which is the same thing. I bag it for a month then put it in one of my glass humidors. It is a fantastic blend. Funn

Got another lb of it a couple of weeks back. It's one of my go to aromatics. I smoke it public when I care about offending folks, but it is a good tasting tobacco IMHO. Funn
