I agree that the Lucianos are great smokers, but they are not made by Radice. Luciano is a separate operation.

I'm sure you did read it somewhere. Somehow this rumour got started a while back, and we've been trying to squash it since, but it would probably be easier just to have Radice start making them. You know, once something is on the interwebs, it's instantly true.
