Hmmpgh! Me? I LOVE a 'stick in' or properly, 'mI!itary' stem. It offers some huge advantages...and yours has a very interesting and complimentary contour. The finish is nothing short of spectacular, as usual. And I like your take on the squat bull shape. I like that you have the radiator ring sitting below the top inverted cone...protecting those delicate edges and giving another visual line for the eye.

I'd sooner see it called, "Rhode Dog" which perhaps more clearly calls to splitting the difference between a Bulldog and Rhodesian. But as the author you get to pick the title. And then, Road Dog more clearly paints it as a design meant to be serviceable while out and about...one of the benefits of the military stem being ' mid smoke' removal. Just splitting hairs though.

I do love the diamond stem. It would be interesting, if you do another plateaux shank, to contour the end of the stem to fit the contour of the plateaux. Not better, just a different spin.
