Yea, that was pretty amusing. It does answer a few questions I had about these pipes. I've never actually seen one. The last Tinderbox I've been in was back in the eighties in Jax. There was one in the Orange Park Mall. But as I had to go fly out to the boat 2 weeks after I'd moved the family there, and it was closed when I came back from deployment, I never really got to patronize it much. They're pretty obviously lacquered. They are supposedly "designed" by Roberto's wife, though they seem pretty standard to me. I suspect they're just Ascorti seconds. At $90 they would be priced in the range of a second.
 
Yeah, that looks pretty scorched.
I have a customer that does this to some of his pipes, usually the the higher grade ones sadly so I keep a good supply of mud around. :fpalm:
I asked him just yesterday if he runs around in circles shouting woo woo chug chug chug while he smokes, he just laughed. ;)
