Wow this thread has really surprised me. I just imagined for some reason that straights were the preferred shape by the majority of people but definitely not the case.

For me it just depends on the pipe, I like some straights but, not all and same goes for bents.

I've always wondered about that as well. I wonder if that's why straight pipes seem to dominate the estate pipe sites; people buy both but don't smoke the straight pipes as much, making them easier to refurbish and resell. 70-80% of my pipes are of the bent variety. For some reason I really like a bent style pipe.
