On Nov 26, I turn the big Five-Oh. I feel young, healthy and strong. In just this year alone, I've lost several friends my age or younger so I am glad to be alive. Last year on my B-Day, I did what I always do on my birthday. I did a 49-49, which is 49 exercises 49 times. I need to think of one more for this year for a 50-50.
* Push Ups, sit-up, curls, squats, dips, 49 min hard cardio on level 4 (easy), 49 Pull ups (not all at once but in blocks of 10), bench, etc.
Here's me an my daughter (No Raiders jokes, I know they suck).
