D&B, just had a buddy move out to California and if I get out there to visit I'll be on the lookout for those Lengua tacos! Seriously underrated cut, imho. I think I could serve braised tongue without explaining it and it would be almost universally enjoyed. Now if I ask a bunch of people if they want me to make it for a get together I'd probably get some hesitation.
