Borgonzola

From Aldi. I'd never seen it before. Apparently, a cross between blue cheese and gorgonzola. Comes in a small wheel, about 9 oz., wrapped in blue foil. I am hooked!

It's good...if you like that family of blue-mold cheeses. I buy it all the time.
