It's canted forward about 3 degrees.

Beautiful! Have another?? I've been shopping on your site and didn't see it. Do you have more that aren't on the site that are for sale?

But, back on point...that also looks canter to me, is it an example of one that appears as 90 deg. To most folks? It looks like if I put it in my mouth, the rim would angle forward some.

It's not really supposed to appear as 90 degrees. It's supposed to look right. If it's cut at 90 degrees it just doesn't look right. Not like a proper billiard anyway.

The rim will angle forward some when you put it in your mouth. Just like it's supposed to.

I don't have another at the moment, but I can always make one. At any angle you want. ;)

That's why dublins are my favourite shape, especially the ones with the top of the bowl angled back a little. I have bought a few like that and recently when I made my first pipe I put that angle on at the end (vertical bored the chamber first):
