You can get a new Sav for around 52.00 bucks. A couple of MM cobs 13.00. A half pound of Storm Front 20.00.

Alot of ways to go.
 
I like the way you think sand! But where can i get a half pound of stormfront for 20 bucks?
 
Wow what do you know....i order it in 4 ounce quantities from them...didnt know it was 29 bucks for 8 ounces....what a deal....great blend too
 
I would tell her that I really want a nice Missouri Meerschaum Cob bad and, that way she can save her money for herself or someone else.
 
Add one more recommendation for Savinelli. You'll be hard pressed to find a pipe that delivers better bang for the buck -- they're great smokers -- and they're as common as cornflakes. For $100, you'll have a great variety of shapes to choose from. I've got several Savinelli "pots" (shape 122) that really get a workout. Check out a Savinelli Roma 122, it'll run you about $70-80, leaving enough left over for a tin of your favorite blend! Another great Savinelli shape is the 320, and it too is a great smoker.

Anyway, I hope the Santa/Mom/Daughter conspiracy ends up landing you something that both surprises and pleases. Happy Holidays.

So update on this post. I had my mom get me a Savinelli 607 KS. It was 56 bucks from 4noggins. I didn't want her to spend $100 so I picked this out....I'm not a huge fan of saddle bits but the price was right on this one and from what I read the Savs are good smokers. They took the pic down from 4noggins so I grabbed this pic from cupojoes.

In any case this is my new favorite pipe cause it comes from my daughter.

It's really cool they wanted to get you a good pipe you liked, and cool you didn't let them break the bank--a hard thing to do in the $50 - $100 range. It's a winner, looks great! As usual, let us know how it smokes! And, use your boxer to recreate this picture:

What a beautiful boxer girl!...at least I think it's a girl I don't see a doinker. I'll try to recreate it lol but I don't know if she'll pose like that long enough for me to snap a pic.

I get the feeling either she'll refuse to hold the pipe in her mouth or eat the pipe lol.

I found that picture a while back to tease my buddy Tom, he LOOOOOOVES boxers and I am trying to get him hooked on pipes--found him a nice Comoy's Dublin... anyhow, if the pipe will get eaten, then probably not worth it. Boxers have their days though, where they're just not into being bouncy. You never know! :lol:
 
I tried to get the pipe in her mouth Kyle....I only wish I had videotaped it.

She forced it out of her mouth with her tongue and shot me a look that clearly said "why are you trying to force this disgusting tasting stick into my mouth....this tastes nothing like the delicious sticks that I find down at the park...I thought you loved me"

I actually apologized to her.

RM Davison will make you a hand carved pipe of quality briar for $100 or less. He just likes making pipes.
