I've got a couple of Caminettos one (later model?) with the fat mustache and one(earlier?) thin mustache, and was wondering if anyone knew what the "K"'s stood for, is it like Castellos regarding to size or something else? And does anyone know about the fractionated numbers 17/18 and so on, what's that all about?
Did some research but really couldn't find anything defining. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I will also be interested if you find something out. I have 2 Caminetto Business pipes from the 70's, one is a 143 and the other is a 186. My best guess is that it relates to the shape, not the size. I do know that the ones I have that were carved when Radice was at that factory and are great smokers.

KS = king size, but it is difficult to see the difference a lot of the time, and most of them were stamped KS as well.

143, etc = shape number

Here's one I'd really appreciate someone shedding light on. It seems to be Spanish -- a dealer's add-on ?

I don't think I've ever seen those markings, but I also know very little about any of the Caminettos with white inlayed logos and newer. The fat gold logos are pretty much where my knowledge ends.

This one is an early Ascorti-Radice one which had (past tense) a silver wire moustache (they fall out pretty easily, and nobody makes replacements).
