Earlier, I smoked a bowl of year 2014 Edgeworth Ready Rubbed Match in a 2019 black rusticated Peterson 312 full bend billiard with a military mount and a nickel cap with a cumberland 4AB stem and a N.A.P. bit.

Currently, I'm just finishing this bowl of year 2018 Sutliff Dunhill Elizabethan Match in a 1980 smooth walnut finish quarter bend Peterson 505 Rhodesian silver spigot military mount with a black vulcanite saddle stem fishtail bit. Been enjoying quiet reading time with Sleepy Suzy by my side.

Last smoke of the day is Wilke Wall Street w/o perique in a smooth light brown quarter bend 1928-1931 KBB Drinkless Kaywoodie Synchrosystem patent Rock Ambera 7209 yachtsman with a tapered rock ambera stem. I got up to feed Sleepy Suzy and when I sat down in my chair, Tomato the Brave decided to take Suzy's spot by my side. She's not going to be thrilled about that. Reading while this bowl lasts.

Starting off my smoking day with a bowl of pre-2014 Edward G. Robinson's Pipe Blend in a 2014 Basil Meadows smooth slight bend squashed tomato with an aluminum band and a black pearl acrylic stem in the military mount style. Fed Sleepy Suzy and Molly Danger. Tomato the Brave is eating, now. Daisy the Feral Princess is snoozin'. I guess she's not hungry. I'll look for Harry the Hairy and Abner the Eager after Tomato finishes his wet food. And I'll look to see if it's safe to do a set of walking reps. The sun is out, but I'm not sure how icy the road is.

Relaxing after a wonderful salad, chicken legs and sugar snap peas dinner with strawberries for dessert. I'm smoking Watch City SEPC McClouxgaroux 2023 in a mid-1970s smooth brown medium bend Ed Burak Connoisseur bulldog with an acrylic black saddle stem.

I believe that stem is para rubber. Or, if acrylic, it's a replacement. Burak never used anything other than para rubber. What's that circle after "CONNOISSEUR"?

Enjoyed a tasty lunch, and am a quarter of the way through this bowl of year 2000 VaPer Three Nuns in a 1938 straight black grain relief Dunhill OX Shell bulldog with a silver band repair with a black vulcanite saddle stem. Gold Star Nightwish, neat, is my drink. Fed Harry the Hairy and gave him some attention before he went back outside. Have not seen Abner the Eager. Tomato the Brave is bathing himself on Daisy the Feral Princess' blanket. Guess the warm spot she left when she went to the kitchen to eat was too good for Tomato to pass up.

I don't know why I wrote that the stem is acrylic when it's either vulcanite or para rubber. My mistake, and I appreciate you pointing it out to me. I'll fix that after I finish this post. Btw, what is the difference between para rubber and vulcanite?

I don't know what that circle represents, but there's nothing stamped inside it, and it's stamped on the stem. I have seen that on two other Connoissseur pipes. Wish I knew the answer.

Earlier, I smoked a bowl of year 2020 Watch City Rouxgaroux in a smooth medium bend 2021 Peterson POTY Natural 4AB No. 6/500 military mount with a silver cap and a tapered black vulcanite AB stem.

Currently, I am almost half way through this bowl of year 2020 H&H Chatham Manor in a straight black sandblasted, smooth dark brown top bowl 2021 Jim Brown stack bulldog with a tapered black vulcanite stem. Ice water and bergs is my drink. Been chatting with a good friend.

Today the temperature reached 39 degrees and I came out of hibernation to enjoy a few smokes. First was Sutliff Black Cordial a post-transition Sasieni 4 Dot Ruff Root Dark 6 diplomat with acrylic saddle stem.

Then C&D Oriental Silk in a BBB 204 “dog-lunter”.

Finally Wilke Royal Admiral in an '80s Peterson smooth 312 with vulcanite p-lip stem.

Breakfast of Champions, having great difficulty getting out of holiday habits...fruitcake is on sale!

Can't seem to remember to make my posts either. Had a bowl of Bayou Morning in my Rossi Canadian sitter and a bowl of Old Professor in my Horn meer before I realized I hadn't posted my morning smoke.

Near the half way mark of this bowl of G&H Rich Dark Spring Dew in a medium bend 2001 Ural lattice Rhodesian with a yellow with white swirls acrylic saddle stem. Working on a review of this blend.
