FWIW, I saw a job survey yesterday and IT was #2 for expected job growth. You showed good thinking by not getting liberal arts degree.  :affraid:

Talking about liberal arts.... I burned my first semester of college as a music education major.  :shock: 

I changed my mind after I realized that I wouldn't graduate for 5 years, into a job market that was extremely depressed, with super high hours and low wages. I didn't love it enough for that.

I do have a job in my field! I can honestly say I'm pretty shocked, and I'm even more shocked that I can pretty much go almost anywhere with this degree. It's pretty awesome.
