Corona Old Boy Question.

Will other flints work with an Old Boy, or should I stick with the IM Corona flints?

I've been using Zippo flints for years without problems. Heh, I didn't even know Corona made their own flints.

I use Zippo. The grey ones...never tried the red ones. Never had a problem but the Coronas are supposed to be softer and give more sparks and be easier on the striker wheel. Zippo's shower the sparks and the wheel doesn't show any undue wear, yet.

Just whatever you do don't use Ronson flints. They will gum up your wheel with that crap they cover it with.

I probably would, but my B&M doesn't sell them and I usually don't think of such things when I'm placing an online order.

I've used Zippo Flints with no problems in my Old Boy, and Pearls.
