Might be all she wrote this time... Mechanic man says all the junk inside is busted up..

The Mrs slammed one about a year and a half ago more towards the center, he did a heck of a job fixing it, but you can't see it from this pic.

Oh and if ya can't tell its a Ford minivan.

I was more worried about the van... I can get remarried for $25 here in KY... lol

Let's hope the Mrs. doesn't see your post and decide your life insurance will go towards a new van :affraid:

glad you folks are okay. A couple of years ago, two of our neighbours on our street ran into deer. November is prime time.

I don't think we're allowed to keep "road kill" in Alberta... especially animals.

How COULD you?! The sweet defenseless widdle creature was only looking for love, and a human it could trust. And you MURDERED it!

Personally I wish they'd stretch Deer season out or give higher limits.. It's getting ridiculous around here... We had a nar miss in the same spot last week.. This one was running faster, so she had less time to brake.

I seldom drive when home.

You'd think all the suicidal deer would eventually be extinct, but apparently that gene runs strong ,,,,,glad nobody was injured,,,,ford tough?

PB I was just talking to a friend that went to eastern MT for deer season. They must be having a serious problem there as they were allowing 7 deer a piece and I don't think it matter if they were doe or buck. I thought they were full of crap when the first said it but they have no reason to BS me.

The deer back home in ND have become atrocious, though I think the past winter got rid of a few. Most of them have become so tame they just stand and watch the car go by, but then there's always a few runners!

A few days ago I heard on the news here about a deer that killed himself in Viroqua, WI. Somebody had a 600 pound concrete statue of an elk in their yard and this buck deer thought it was a rival and gave it a head butt. It was enough to knock over the statue, and also enough to bash in the deer's head! Owner found it dead in his front yard in the morning. :rendeer:

I got a 99 Windstar. I am always looking for parts..........hmmmmmm???? :p

I'm glad Mrs. Bran is alright, sorry about the van though ...

Yep, my brother has taken out about three deer and mom 2 over the past five years or so. In front of my folks home some folks actually stopped when they saw a deer by the road and the crazy thing still ran into them.
A client calls deer "rats" because there are so many and they eat everything, they also have been spreading Lyme disease with the deer ticks everywhere now. We had a crew clearing trees at a job site and the deer were grazing within 50 ft. of the chain saws & the framing crew were throwing them apples.

Not Totaled...

Van:2
Deer:0

Built Ford Tough.

:D

$3800 in damage
That's only because you Eastern boys raise them weenie, wimpy, wussy whitetails. If you were to bounce your minivan off a couple brawny, bodacious, ballsy blacktails---aka Western Mule Deer---the total would be much higher.
