Would that include the items coming out of a 600+ pound smoker I have in my machine shed? I assume so. I'd like to post about that if there are no objections.
 
I have a Camp Chef smoker. Awesome machine!! We do everything from pork, fowl, and fish! My latest attempt at smoked salmon (huge fillet) was superb!!! Plus I can control/monitor the temp and/or smoke level thru an app on my cell phone!! FTRPLT
 
I have a Yoder Loaded Wichita. It's an offset stick burner. 1/4" thick steel. Love it!

I've run it during some mighty cold weather but it needs to get a bit warmer than it is now. Man, the shed smells good after a long smoke using hickory.

That would be great unless that 600+pounder is a human being. Bring on the recipes and photos of what you're smoking.
