Dekker leiden pipes

Has anyone ever heard of or owned a Dekker Leiden pipe? I ask because one caught my eye while I was in an antique store. it was mixed in a bag of other pipes being sold for $25.00 for the whole lot.

All I've been able to find says they are descent pipes made in England. At that price I'd go for it myself.

I just might, it was a nice looking bulldog, but would a lot of tlc.
