Yes...he did the same with me. Keep at it. Mark will keep finding reasons that they are not to blame and can do nothing. I just refuted each of his reasons and kept insisting that I had paid for items “they” had failed to deliver and they were honor bound to provide the items or a refund.
Cause guess what.....
The order they finally sent out to replace the original order...showed up in my mailbox.
Amazing...and this was just a couple of days after they got what I assume was the original order returned to them with that bogus thing about my declining delivery.
