I ordered my sample last night, you know what the most refreshing thing is about the E-Mail? It is a conformation and personal all in one, it is not one of those form letters that most companies send out for conformation!
I also ordered my starter kit from Russ, it arrived well before I thought it would, and packed extremely well. I am sure due to the large amount of orders and the pipe show as mentioned is the reason for the delay. As someone else mentioned just be patient, I am sure we all have some tobacco we haven't tried yet in our stashes or one we haven't had in a long time that we can puff on while we wait.
