Hi folks- Looking forward to engaging with you on topics that are near and dear to all of us. Namely Pipes and tobacco. Started smoking pipes back in 1978 and found it to be a frustrating experience Largely to my lack of knowledge regarding correct packing, lighting, cadence etc. As a result, i shifted toward cigars. About 2 years ago, I once again started looking at pipes and began looking online for information about smoking pipes. Lo and behold, most information that was not easily available back when I started was now readily available. PAD quickly took over and I now have about 50 pipes and well over 100 different types of tobacco. Started back into the hobby with some aromatics such as Lane 1-Q, Boswell’s Sweet Dreams, No Bite Delight etc. Quickly found myself drawn to Virginia Flake, VaPers, English and Balkan blends. Looking forward to sharing what I’ve learned and learning from all of your experiences!
