I'm a relatively new pipe smoker (6 months). My grandfather smoked Captain Black throughout my childhood. I suppose it's nostalgia for him that inspired me to take up the pipe. Currently I'm smoking some Hobbit's Weed from Tewksbury in my Duca Carlo by Savinelli.

My wife and I recently moved back to the US after living in Europe for 2 years, and have settled in Oklahoma City. This area's all new to us since we've lived in Ohio for most of our lives.

I look forward to learning from all of you!

I'm smoking it with the adapter. I tried the filters, but they got to be too much of a hassle.
