Boy...this popped up fast. Thanks guys. It’s my privilege to be here among you on this special day. Every once in while it falls on Thanksgiving, like this year.
Looking forward to spending it with my family. And as a special birthday treat I get to cook a bird, plus apple pecan and giblet stuffings, cream cheese mashed potatoes, fresh green beans and artichokes, crescent and French sourdough rolls and a pecan pie with French vanilla ice cream. For beverages we’ve got Deschutes Black Butte Porter, a nice Washington Sauvignon Blanc, a Fetzer Gewurztraminer and Pikesville 110 Rye Whiskey.
This will maybe be followed closely by a trip to the ER for various and sundry procedures. Moderation! Remember...moderation.
