Heart Break!

I just opened a tin of Original Three Nuns, 4 oz tin, around 30+ years old. Instead of the sugar coated goodness I expected to find, I found dried out little circles. I am reconstituting it right now with the old "in a bowl with a wet cloth over it" method. Any other suggestions?

Please don't get impatient with the process and try to add more moisture with a really wet washcloth. This is going to take some time. Good Luck! FTRPLT
