Hello from the NW

Hello I am in from Oregon State and thought I would say Hello. Right now I have 7 Pipes 5 of them are Briar and 2 are Meerschaums. Don't have any good places local to buy Tobacco so I buy about 90% of them on line. I have been smoking pipes for about 15 yrs. stopped for a little while do to the lack of good tobaccos. Now I buy from a couple places online that I have found to be a good source.

Hello and I know of a few places and some are good and some you have to weed out the crazy people trying to Scam you. So when I go into big cities I look in B&M's there I don't have any worth talking about less then 50 miles away, So that leaves me to the last place I feel I can trust and that is

Do the IMP's from smokingpipes.com come with cases? There's one on there I'm interested in, but I believe a case for a meer is kind of a must... it also doesn't specify whether or not it is block. Is all IMP block? I just never looked into it.

Hello Kyle, from what I know IMP is yes from block. Pipes that I have bought came with a Case. I can't speak for Smokingpipes, I do business with them but didn't buy my IMP from them.. I will be adding to my Collection in the near future a IMP 18k series. Best I can say is while shopping with whom ever you buy from if they don't say it comes with a Case I would ask to make sure. Sorry I couldn't be much more help. I hope you find the PIPE your looking for.
