Rained the last 3 days which is good as we need it but sure makes the ranch a muddy mess. Think I will need Stanley Steemer to clean the carpet in my pickup, lol.

Currently 63°F with a high of 78° forecast. We got 1.5" of rain in the past 20 hours or so with a chance of more today. Finally!

Awoke to a wonderful 71F this morning; high today maybe 82F. Plus gray overcast skies and cool breezes. Had a bit of rain last evening; more expected in the near future. FTRPLT

108 here today in the west valley. Forecast for the next several days indicates significant rain - especially starting Friday - significant for us anyway as they are issuing flash flood warnings for the greater Phoenix area!

Currently 72°F and sunny. Predicted high of 84°F. Really nice with a light breeze and I have the day off work today and tomorrow.

Rain in the forecast Friday and Saturday. I don't mind because we really need it.
