It sounds like you've screwed yourself up. I hope you are a professional hog farmer working for Tyson or something. If not you are going to be in financial trouble very quickly, not what you want to hear but it's the truth. Back stuff don't just go away.
Hauling horses screwed me up.
2 years later and my life basically revolves around laying in bed playing on the iPad. It sucks.
I'm telling you what I was told..I didn't listen either. Get yourself taken care of, don't be afraid to take medicine, don't be afraid to take spinal injections, etc. I did all that, but where I screwed up was thinking it can't get any worse and I need help...
Do not, under any circumstances, let them cut into your back... Screw that.
I had pain in my left leg, my butt, but worse it felt like someone was squeezing my nuts, hard. After trying to get better and not, I let them do back surgery. I have not had a single day where I don't either cry, scream, or groan since. . Both of my thighs are completely numb except for the shooting pain, I can't walk without a cane and even then I fall a lot, my back hurts, and if I sit down I get stuck until someone can lift me up.
Now that I've terrified you go try to get some sleep...
