Certainly not something I'd be interested in, nor can I understand why anyone else would be, but I sort of admire people, whether kids or adults, who have an interest they pursue which seems eccentric, but who don't give a damn what other people think of them. After all, lots of 12-year-old kids collect stamps, which is more convenient that vacuum-cleaners, but seems to me to be just as pointless (though I did have a brief period of stamp-collecting at about that age).

I enjoyed that, and my hat comes off to this kid for being that interested in something, especially something that is forward-looking (store of wealth, even if not very space efficient).
