Scottie, no worries about me being offended was a good solid answer you gave.  For the record, my Mrs. doesn't like pink either.  For her I think its more about "graceful lines and proportions" i.e. doesn't want to look like "she's holding a bowling ball".  

Monbla, your correct about her not going out with pipe clenched in teeth and the churchwarden suggestion is a good one I think since she was drawn to some of the Kiseru which are  slim and longer.  

Dire, that's the first calabash Ive seen that really resonated with me. Don't know about the Mrs. but I like it. Thanks for posting pics.
