Don Williams, the gentle giant who wrote "Living on Tulsa Time" has passed today. His gentle, melodiic voice and style will be missed.

Whenever I read another fine musician has left us I'm reminded of the song the great George Jones sang "Who's Gonna Fill Their Shoes?"  and sadly realize there's no one that can take their place. Don Williams was a favorite of my wife and myself. When I get a phone call from my wife the ring tone plays "You're My Best Friend" sung by Don Williams. Rest in peace Don. You will be sorely missed.
