Mancave Get's a Make-Over (Pic Heavy)

Since getting back into pipes and tobacco, my stable has increased as well as my modest cellar.

While looking at different pipe racks, cabinets, shelves etc... I just couldn't get past the prices of some of these. Some of them were a few hundred dollars up to thousands.

While perusing craigslist looking for an alternative I kept seeing the "entertainment centers" or "wall units" going for really cheap.

So, once I decided to got this route, it was simply a matter of finding one that fit in as closely to my existing furniture as possible, all within reason and budget of course.

Patience paid off and I found family getting rid of their 10 1/2 ' wall unit. It was a pretty close match to the rest of my furniture and I got them to come down on their price.


Along the way I picked up some estate sale finds and online sales for artwork and signage.

I'm definitely on the hunt for a couple of leather or pleather chairs. Would prefer wingback's but will settle for a couple of comfy club chairs.

But, being the CSOB I am, I am lookin for a bargain on CL or ebay. Hope it's not too long of a wait

What ya'll aren't seein is the trash can under my desk that's brimmin over and needs to be taken out or little bits of tobacco here and there that need to be swept up.


Just gotta find me some comfy mancave/lounge chairs and It'll be as close to perfect as I can get it.

I've been fighting an upper respiratory infection for a few weeks now and haven't had a chance to enjoy it.

Sorry bout the late reply here, I've been outta town working a contract and haven't been in my mancave in over 2 weeks.

I'll be home Friday night and can't wait to sit in the cave and enjoy my briars.
