The pipes arrived in today's mail.
The pipe, pictured above was a 100% mistake.
It's tiny. I immediately replaced the stem (1.75") with an acrylic stem almost twice the length (3.125"). The stem that came in the pipe is much shorter than what's pictured. Filled with tobacco, it's maybe a three minute smoke. It holds less tobacco than the Missouri Meerschaum pipes designated as created for smoking a mixture which is not tobacco.
On the other hand, the pipe pictured below is very nice. I have not smoked it yet.
