After some spring cleaning, and moving some wall mounted pics and such around, I made a big space to consolidate my pipes into a rack, thus ridding myself of the many stands I have.

I ended up buying a 36 open hole pipe rack that I plan to wall mount.

Brad that looks ideal... it would cause me a problem though... the wife would check each day and count the #'s... better for me to be in disarray

Nice Rack! ( as i gaze out my office window at the collge girls strolling by)
Just Kidding.
That is a nice PIPE rack too.
That looks like something I could use, I just don't have the wall space for something like that

It's good we can learn from the masters :lol!:

Beautiful rack, and interesting design. It appears that it's made for the pipes to fit facing in? Do you mind listing the source or manufacturer?

I once had a wall rack (I think it's still around somewhere) that held the bits with circles of rubber. Two problems: 1) the rubber got stretched out over time and wouldn't hold; 2) if the stem got a little loose, the bowl fell off :x !

I am having the rack built from Tony's Piperacks. Should be here in a few weeks, which then I will post a pic with it full o' pipes.

Supposedly the slot grooves keep the pipes in place and they are supposed to face out not in. Got me fingers crossed

Tony makes some nice racks. I am having the guys at Two Cousins Pipe Racks make me one right now. We talked about some different things and they're making it custom for me. Some of their racks are pretty cool, I think.
