My wife's heart cath...

My brothers,

I wanted to let you know that my wife is scheduled for a heart catheterization tomorrow afternoon at 4:30 PM Central Time in Jackson, TN. If you have the time and think of it, I would like to ask that you think about her... and say a little prayer for her... if you are so inclined.

Being that it will be done so late in the evening, she will have to spend the night and come home some time Tuesday morning. And, she is supposed to be at the hospital to check in around 12:30 PM tomorrow. So, I won't have a chance to be on the boards much until we get back. But, as soon as we get home, I will let you know how things went.

My brothers,

Both my wife and I thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your show of care and concern! We have been deeply touched!!

I got off the phone with the doctor's office just a few minutes ago. It seems that some emergency has arisen for the doctor; rendering him unable to do Linda's heart cath this evening. So, it has been rescheduled for October 4 at 4:30 PM.

This is the second time that a rescheduling has been done. And, each time it happens it causes Linda and me to remain in limbo concerning exactly what is going on with her heart. Ergo, we worry!!

For her sake, I try my best not to let on to her as to how much I am worried. But, she is my best friend in the whole world... my buddy... my soul mate... my wife... and, I love her immensely!! And, I worry about her!

Again, Linda and I thank you for all your kind words, wishes, thoughts, and prayers. But, if it is possible, please "shift" them to October 4!! And, I will update everyone as soon as we know the outcome of the heart cath!

My wife has some unusual stuff going on with her heart right now as well and we are going through the same process, hurry up and wait while she goes to a long chain of doctors and specialists.

beebiz, i guess if they're willing to put off the cath a couple times, we can be thankful it's not a life threatening blockage. but i'm sure she's anxious to get past the procedure. keep us posted.
