As some of you may know I'm a bit disable with disk problems but, I try not to let that keep me from doing what I have to do. Well today seeing the sun was shining I would take care of my p/u truck. You see it leaks pretty bad when it rains flooding the floor, so I went and got some RTV and while there seen that spray on rubber stuff so I grab a can of black. Thought that would be kinda neat to spray the roof where its leaking and make it look like a vinyl top. On the way home the seat busted and fell all the way back and then shortly after the stereo lost a speaker, par for the course I reckon. So when I came home I cleaned the top and got everything ready to do it and the RTV for the window seal. Everything went as planed until I ran out of masking tape to mask and paper it off. Well, I found some cheap stuff in the house and finished off the masking. Oh! and I forgot to tell you, I forgot about the 1st can of spray rubber in the cab and had already masked off everything. Yep, I had to undo the masking on the drivers side door so I could retrieve the spray can. Now you'd think that one can would take care of a mini truck's roof, well it left me short about a square foot (bastards). Off I went again in the woman's car to get more and masking tape. Upon returning I got to it and finished it off. Then I had to drill out the busted bolt that broke in the seat and replaced that. Then came what I thought was going to be an easy fix, the speaker that went out. Well, to make a too long of a story short 2 hours later after pulling the stereo out and putting back in and checking every wire, etc. etc. I got the stereo working again. Now as expected and the only thing that has been up to my expectations today is the screaming back pain. LOL! Yeah, well I'm sorta use to it now. At least something went as planed today.
And that is Murphy's Law my friends. :fpalm:
